Our ongoing contract with The Riverside Group includes various Fire Risk Assessment works/actions to their housing stock across a large area of the United Kingdom, this includes:

• fire compartmentalisation works
• the fitting of FD30/60S fire door sets
• fire doors repairs
• penetrating seals
• fire safety surveys

Closely working with the Riverside Group Compliance team, we cover a geographical area from the South Cost to Derby carrying out essential fire compliance tasks from existing Fire Risk Assessments to both their low and high rise dwellings.

We also work closely with the local housing officers across this footprint to gain access to resident properties to complete our works without causing issues or privacy breaches.

All engineers engaged on this remote contract have a van stock bespoke to the Riverside Group portfolio ensuring our one visit / right first-time policy is adhered too, reducing multiple visits.

Local asbestos registers were utilised to ensure all trade staff were working safely and avoided any existing asbestos containing material areas. All staff were asbestos awareness trained. All firestopping penetrations were recorded on our bespoke fire compartmentation software for issue to the client for use in their future fire risk assessments.
