Contract Win ! - Riverside Group Fire Safety

We have been selected to provide fire safety services for the Riverside Groups fire safety contract through the Fusion 21 framework.

The contract involves providing fire safety upgrade works following Fire Risk Assessments to properties located in the Midlands and South of England. The contract is due to run for a minimum of two years and has the option to be extended for a further two years. It has an annual value of around £500,000.

Richard Sutton, General Manager at Horbury Property Services, said: “This is our fourth major contract to be delivered through the Fusion 21 Framework and we are very pleased to be working with the Riverside Group to enhance fire safety in many of their properties.”

As well as fire door and fire compartmentation services, we provide a full range of works, which can form part of planned maintenance programmes. This includes refurbishment and planned works, reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance. 

In addition, the wider Horbury Group provides drywall lining, joinery and carpentry services, flooring, ceilings and render and cladding services to main contractors throughout the UK.
