With a wealth of experience in the property services industry, Dean has spent the past two years as Project Manager at Horbury Building Systems and prior to that as Contracts Manager for Chalcroft Construction Ltd, which operates as a main contractor in the construction sector.
Dean will be responsible for managing Horbury Property Services’ growing portfolio of passive fire safety works, including fire door maintenance and fire stopping to both new and established buildings.
Richard Sutton, General Manager at Horbury Property Services, part of the Horbury Group, said: “Dean has over 30 years’ experience in this sector and his expertise will be invaluable in supporting our ambitious growth plans. His keen eye for detail, excellent planning and organisation capabilities and wide-ranging technical expertise make him the right person to take forward this important part of the compliance process.”
Dean Cook added: “I’m passionate about helping clients with their compliance requirements and I am looking forward to doing so within this dynamic and forward thinking business. Having worked in the wider property services industry for many years, I’m acutely aware of the key role that companies like Horbury Property Services play in ensuring buildings are compliant and operationally efficient.”
