Fusion21 is a national procurement organisation and social enterprise, providing procurement services and OJEU-compliant frameworks to the education, blue light and housing sectors, in addition to working alongside NHS trusts and local authorities.
As an approved Fusion21 contractor, Horbury Property Services can support Fusion21 members to meet commercial and residential stock requirements within the specialist area of regulatory compliance.
This latest framework will run for four years and offers 17 lots covering a number of services in addition to passive fire, including electrical safety and facilities management, water hygiene and asbestos management.
Richard Sutton, General Manager at Horbury Property Services, said: “This is a really exciting development for our business. We have built our reputation on delivering high quality projects to main contractors and developers, and our successful appointment to this framework will provide further opportunities for Horbury Property Services.”
Horbury Property Services is an extension to the Horbury Group’s comprehensive range, due to demand from its existing customers for hard FM services.
Richard Sutton adds: “There is vital work to be done to ensure buildings are safe to occupy, through regular inspections, repair works, refurbishment and planned preventative maintenance. Particularly with the increasing number of taller buildings and the adoption of ‘stay put’ policies, fire safety is vital and it is essential to ensure that this is not compromised during the lifetime of the structure.”
Horbury Property Services provides a full range of services, including inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of fire doors, joinery works, fire stopping, sealing and compartmentation and external cladding and render repairs. In addition the company provides dry wall partitioning, painting and decorating, ceiling and flooring upgrades, de-mountable screens, fire alarm and emergency light testing, portable appliance testing, electrical testing and installation work and building fabric repairs.
