Following the theme of fire safety contracts, we've been successful again through the Fusion 21 Framework, this time with London based Housing Association, Notting Hill Genesis.
The contract involves providing fire safety upgrade works following Fire Risk Assessments to properties located in and around the central London Area. The contract is due to run for a year and could be extended as new fire risk assessments are received. It's initial value is around £500,000.
Richard Sutton, General Manager at Horbury Property Services, said: “This is our fifth major contract to be delivered through the Fusion 21 Framework and we are very pleased to be working with Notting Hill Genesis to enhance fire safety in many of their properties. Utilising our bespoke software solutions we aim to provide a seamless contract integration with the clients Riskhub fire safety portal."
As well as fire door and fire compartmentation services, we provide a full range of works, which can form part of planned maintenance programmes. This includes refurbishment and planned works, reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance.
In addition, the wider Horbury Group provides drywall lining, joinery and carpentry services, flooring, ceilings and render and cladding services to main contractors throughout the UK.
Notting Hill Genesis are one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east, providing homes for around 170,000 people in some 55,000 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the home counties and East Anglia. They were formed in April 2018 from Notting Hill Housing and Genesis Housing Association.
